How to Cool Gel Packs:
- Place each gel pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours

How to Heat Gel Packs in a Microwave

- Heat at full power in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached

- Do not apply hot therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time
How to Heat Gel Packs on a Stove Top
- Bring 3 quarts (3.5 liters) of water to a boil
- Remove water from the heat source. Note: Never immerse gel pack while water is being heated
- Immerse gel pack in hot water for 2.5 - 3 minutes
- Place in the lumbar roll pouch and apply to the affected area
- Do not apply hot therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time
Care Instructions:

- Tumble dry on low heat setting
