How much of the knee is covered by the cooling ice pack is dependent on the circumference of the knee. In general, the ice pack will cover the entire knee.

How long should I ice my sore knee?

The Arctic Flex knee ice pack should be applied to the knee for up to 20 minutes. Leave the ice pack off of the knee for 20 minutes before reapplying.

Yes! The pack is dual-sided with a plush side for soothing coolness and a smooth side for intense cold.

How long does it take for the ice pack to get cold?

We recommend leaving the Arctic Flex pack in the freezer for a minimum of two hours.
