How to adjust the straps?
Center the compression insert approximately 2” below the kneecap. Wrap the left edge the strap behind the leg. While holding the left edge in place, wrap the right edge of the strap behind the leg, overlapping the left edge. Gently tighten to the level of compression desired and firmly press inward to secure the fastening material.
