How to Put on the Posture Corrector:

  • Place each arm through a loop just like a backpack. The vertical corrector column should be flat on the middle of your back.
  • Ensure all straps are flat and the padding is against your front shoulder blades.
  • Reach back and pull the velcro straps forward.
  • Secure each strap to the front padded straps. Tighten as needed.
